We are a Historic Boutique Hotel Managed by Manor Hill Management.

Our Inn Keeper, Kenneth, and Katlyn, your Reservation Specialist, are here to help make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

To provide you with the best guest experience please carefully review the check-in instructions below.

Just like you were visiting a friend or family member, we appreciate knowing when you plan to arrive so we may greet you personally and show you around the property.

There is no front desk or self-check-in at the property.

  • Check-in is by APPOINTMENT ONLY between 3PM and 6PM. 

We request you schedule an appointment for a specific check-in time between the hours of 3 PM and 6 PM. If you would like to request an earlier or later check-in time, please submit a request with Katlyn, at least 24-48 hours prior to arrival

If you have not scheduled an appointment; you will receive a text notification from Katlyn 24-48 hours prior to your arrival to schedule or confirm your check-in time between 3 PM and 6 PM.

  • Please note, sending a text or email requesting an early or late check-in is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed by Katlyn.
  • Minimum check-in age18
  • Check-out time is prior to 11 AM
  • Key drop off available for expedited check-out
  • Early check-in subject to availability (Before 3 PM).
  • Early check-in fee $25 may be applicable.
  • Late check-in is subject to availability (After 6 PM)
  • Late check-in fee $25 may be applicable.
  • Lost or un-returned room keys are subject to a $50 replacement charge.

Room Rates & Taxes

  • All rates are based on double occupancy. Only two guests maximum per suite
  • Your credit card will be charged the entire amount of your stay upon arrival.
  • All charges on your credit card statement will read Manor Hill Management, LLC.
  • Discounts are available for extended stays, packages, and whole house rentals. Please call for information and rates.
  • All room prices are subject to 6% Pennsylvania sales tax, and a 6% county lodging tax.

CHECKING OUT

  • Check out is no later than 11:00 am. If you would like a later check-out, please let us know and we shall make every effort to accommodate you.
  • Key drop off available for expedited check-out

CANCELLATIONS

Our “cancellation policy” provides for a full refund for reservations canceled two days prior to your expected arrival. Cancellation of your reservation within two days is a 100% fee.

No refunds on special event weekends. Call us for this year’s restricted dates.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Smoking Policy

The Hollinger House is a Non-Smoking facility, this includes the use of e-cigarettes. Smoking is allowed on the porches and anywhere outside on the grounds of the property. We ask that you be considerate of other guests when smoking.

Pet Policy

Although we love our pets, we do not allow pets in the hotel.

We do have a kennel near us that can help if you need their services. Please let us know.

Children

We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 16 years.

ACCESSIBILITY

Due to the historic nature of the house, there is no wheelchair accessibility.

All guest suites are on the second or third floors.

There is no elevator on the property.

At Mannor Hill Management LLC, we are dedicated to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personally identifiable information.

Information Collection

Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at Mannor Hill Management LLC. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation. All identifiable information provided will not be disclosed to anyone unless we are specifically requested to do so. Mannor Hill Management LLC does not give or sell to anyone any information we collect on our site.

We sometimes use data collection devices such as “cookies” on certain pages of the Site to measure effectiveness and safety. A “cookie” is a small file that gets placed on your harddrive that helps us provide our services. You are free to decline cookies if you choose to.

Security

At Mannor Hill Management LLC, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation we use every precaution to safe guard it online and offline.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Contact information you (or your representative) may affirmatively provide to us, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number and account profile preferences;

Reservation information you (or your representative) may provide, including loyalty program and other travel program information or promotional details, travel itinerary, travel preferences (e.g., 2 room preferences), guests (including family members or companions, and their names and ages), title, employer and other employer details (for business travel), gender, date of birth, language preference, nationality, passport/visa or other government-issued identification;

Transaction information such as payment information and transaction history if you make reservations or conduct other transactions with us (payment details like credit card information is used solely to process transactions);

Stay information such as records of any stay at our hotel, audio/video/image data recorded by CCTVs and other security equipment, details concerning any incidents or complaints;

Survey information in response to forms we posted on our Services or sent to you, including for feedback and research purposes;

Communications between you and us, such as via email, web form, mail, phone, or other channels; and

Online User Activity described in the next section.

If you provide us with information regarding another individual (such as a family member or co-worker), you represent that you have their consent to give us their information and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Policy. If the information relates to a child, you represent that you either are their parent/guardian, or have any necessary consents from their parent/guardian to provide the information to us for use in accordance with this Policy.

We may share your relevant information with your designated travel agency, booking partner or employer (for your business travel they oversee), loyalty program or travel benefits partner, as needed to facilitate your stay and/or at your directions, in connection with the purposes described in this Policy;

We may disclose information about you: (i) if we are required to do so by law or legal process; (ii) when we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent harm or financial loss; (iii) in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual fraudulent or illegal activity; or (iv) under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of our staff, users, or the public; and

In order to improve our Services, we may be notified when you open an email from us or click on a link therein.
