Deposits & Cancellations

Since we guarantee your reservation, rooms are not held without a deposit. Once we reserve a room for you, we remove it from the market, refusing all other requests. For this reason, we are unable to make exceptions to our cancellation policy. If this is a concern for you, we highly recommend that you consider travel insurance, which is widely available and will compensate you in the event that unforeseen circumstances or family emergencies disrupt your plans.

A deposit of 50% of your first night is required to hold your room at our B & B. Full payment is due at check-out.

Please let us know as soon as possible** if you must cancel your reservation. We will make every effort to rebook your room to avoid your loss of deposit. However, the following policy is in effect for all cancellations:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival date will have their deposit refunded.

**Cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to arrival forfeit their deposit unless we are able to re-rent the room(s) for the entire reservation.

**Within 72 hours of arrival date guests are responsible for the full amount of the reservation.

Deposits will be refunded on any cancellations for which we can re-rent the room(s) for the entire reservation.

Group reservations and events require a 30-day cancellation notice.

There are no refunds for early departure.

Check-In & Check-Out

Regular check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

We are happy to accommodate early check-ins, when possible, if you contact us in advance.

Late check-in arrangements will be made for guests who cannot arrive before 6pm with advance notice.

Check-out is by 11 a.m.

No morning arrivals are not accepted unless the guest has paid for the previous night. Check our Sightseeing Link for things to do in Lancaster if you arrive early.
