Chef Teddy Bouchard, born in the heart of the Caribbean, specializes in American fine dining as well as Caribbean and other island cuisines. Having spent a year shadowing acclaimed chef Christopher Kearse and other multi-talented Haitian and Jamaican chefs on the east coast, Teddy’s flavor choices are unique and extraordinary while also being comforting and truly authentic. Chef Teddy is happy and excited to curate flavorful, intimate dishes to accompany the special experience you will have at The Hollinger House.
